Sunflower Seed Cookie Recipe

1 1/2 cups softened margarine
1 tbsp. baking powder
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup shredded coconut
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 tbsp. baking soda

Preheat the oven to 350F. In a large bowl, cream together the sugar and margarine. Add the flour, baking soda, and baking powder, mixing well. Stir in the coconut and sunflower seeds until well incorporated. Pinch off dough and roll into 1-inch balls, placing them on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake cookies for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.

1 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
6 large eggs
1 cup of buttermilk

Beat eggs with buttermilk
Combine flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder, together in a large pan. Dredge chicken breast in flour, then in the egg, back in the flour and put in a deep fryer or pot with oil heated to 375 degree. Fry for 10 minutes or until cooked through.
